Stemilt-Squilchuck Recreation Planning Group

You have all been included in recent emails regarding the status of the rec plan, but I wanted to touch base with the group now that we are nearing completion. Many of you have been involved in this process for nearly 3 years now, and I want to thank you all again for your help and dedication!

The final steps are approaching with the public hearings scheduled for May 28^th and June 4^th from 6-8pm at the Confluence Technology Center, and I encourage you to attend and weigh in on the plan that you helped build. I also encourage you to share these dates with your groups or peers that you represented during the planning process.

The first hearing will consist of a presentation of the plan to the Commissioners and public comment. The second hearing will include any follow-up and a decision for adoption by the Commissioners.
