Safer Surroundings Class for Women & Girls at Ohme Gardens

Your safety is invaluable and Guy Miner, retired Wenatchee police officer and certified SABRE instructor will be sharing every safety advantage with you! Join Guy for his three-hour self-defense course for women on Sat., Oct. 13 from 1-4 pm at Ohme Gardens. This course will emphasize surrounding awareness, detecting and avoiding threats, and simple evasive and defensive measures. Each participant will be instructed and practice in a mock up scene with the defensive use of pepper spray (water for practice purposes). Each participant will go home with a comprehensive safety notebook, and a canister of SABRE pepper spray. Your $65 registration fee includes your SABRE canister. Guy's class is intentionally small and space is limited, register today! Participants should wear free moving clothing and shoes for outdoor and indoor practice. Suitable for 15 years old to 70 + years old. Mr. Miner’s clients include institutions like Seattle Children’s Hospital.
