Liz Heath of Sound Nonprofits is an expert on nonprofit board governance.  Topics for this program include: nonprofit governance models, operational work, strategies for board improvement and recruitment, making time for learning, assessing board effectiveness, and more.

This workshop is appropriate for any board or staff interested in learning about board governance basics and the responsibilities and expectations of a board.
