Kick A** Keto 30 Day Challenge

Join Lacy Influx for another 30-day Challenge! This time we are going kicking sugar's ass by going KETO and meeting LIVE IN PERSON @ Naturae Clinic for 2 hours in Wenatchee weekly for meditation, accountability and wellness education. If you need modifications to do this diet we will adjust accordingly. We will have special Guests: Yogi Tamara Lee Standard helping to guide us inward during the challenge, Dr. Allegra Hart, ND giving us tips on healthy glowing skin and Integrative Wellness Coach Jessie Watson talking about the psychology of mindfulness. This is a HYBRID challenge. We will have a group on facebook for all of our challengers. All participants outside of the Valley will be assigned an accountability partner in their town if possible. We will have weekly classes that will be available live stream each session. We will also have prizes, #healthhacks and more! Space is limited.
