Are your PowerPoint slides getting a little frayed around the edges from overuse?  Have you wanted to use a presentation software but were intimidated by the whole process?

Prezi is a great alternative to traditional presentation programs.  It is a virtual whiteboard for creating presentations, enabling people to see, understand, and remember ideas.  Check out Prezi.com for some examples.  As an added bonus, it is FREE and you don't have to install new software on your computer to use it.

This will be a hands-on experience allowing you to create your very first Prezi if you choose, so please feel free to bring your laptop and sign up for an account at Prezi,com before the event on February 21, 2013.
