Go RED for WOMEN Heart Walk

The North Central Emergency Care Council invites you to the 3rd Annual Go Red for Women Heart Walk on Friday, February 1, 2013.  The Walk kicks off an upcoming series of heart health awareness activities.  The Walk is free of charge and is open to women of all ages and abilities.  February is National Heart Month, and the North Central Emergency Care Council is hoping to raise awareness among women as to the signs of heart disease and its prevention.  Participants should meet at the foot of Fifth Street at Riverfront Park, February 1st, at Noon.  The Walk will progress along the Apple Capital Recreation Loop Trail to the boat house at Linden Tree and return.  We invite you to spend your lunch hour loving your heart!
