Our main goal as managers and leaders is to build and maintain morale and create an enviroment where employees want to demonstrate excellence.  Here we will learn the surprising truths about what motivates and what de-motivates employees, and we'll continue to add to our tool belt as managers.
Topics and skill building:

• The surprising truth about what motivates employees toward excellence
• Who decides and who influences?  Using a participatory decision-making model that balances management's authority with employee's influence
• "If you can't say something nice..."  Combating triangulation and negativity

2. Creating a Postive Workplace Environment 1pm-4pm 
Here we will explore "road blocks" to organizational health, including issues related to leadership & management, morale, staff resistance versus buy-in, and more.
