Exhibit Reception: Baseball in Wenatchee

The museum’s new Main Gallery opens with an exhibit guest-curated by Gary Looney and sponsored by Wenatchee Apple Sox. The exhibit includes photos and baseball memorabilia from the museum collection and private collections. The displays will include the Wenatchee Chiefs and AppleSox as well as other Wenatchee area amateur teams throughout the years. The free 5-8 p.m. reception is part of Wenatchee First Fridays; maps to other venues are available in the museum lobby. The exhibit continues through Sept. 15. Opening day for AppleSox Baseball is June 1^st; the first home game takes place June 5th at 7 p.m.
