Everyday Strength Grand Opening

With 11+ years of experience owner, Sam Petersen, officially opened her doors in April of this year and is ready to invite you all in for a Grand Opening celebration! Everyday Strength provides personalized body solutions focusing on issues that are causing pain for a person with loss of range of motion. She works together with you to repair and strengthen body mechanics.

Join us in the gym on September 19th from 5-7pm to meet Sam and see her philosophy for yourself in a social setting. After some networking she would like to invite us to participate in a mini workout that EVERYONE can do! Feel free to bring a change of clothes if you'd like to participate, if you don't, that's OK too you can just watch!
