Comedy Premier & Halloween Party at Caffe Mela

Thursday, October 31st at 7:00pm, the Caffé Mela doors will open for a completely new kind of show never seen on their stage before, stand-up comedy! “We’ve been trying to promote shows with Caffé Mela for a long time but couldn’t find the right way to do it, until now,” said Alex Haley, LAPH Productions Director, “we finally understand their brand well enough to book comics who will fit in with Mela’s existing cliental while also bringing in new faces.”
 
Like Mela’s music shows, the comedy shows will be all ages and feature performances based on talent rather than commercial success. Kortney Shane Williams is based out of Seattle, one of the leading cities for developing-comics in the Nation.  He was the winner of the “Clash of the Comics Competition” in Tampa Bay, Florida, a finalist in Comedy Central’s “So You Think You’re Funny Competition,” and was a semi-finalist in the Seattle International Comedy Competition. 
 
LAPH Productions have been promoting shows in the Valley since 2012 including the Wenatchee Comedy Festival, Clearwater Steakhouse, 10 Below, and the Blue Flame Asian Bistro. They are know for bringing fresh, up-and-coming comics, targeting an adult crowd who crave a big-city comedy club vibe.
