Caring & Sharing Event - NAPMW

This is the social event of the season for NAPMW as well as a dual fundraiser for a local non-profit/charity.  Don't miss it!  Everyone is welcome.  The theme is “The Night Before Christmas” with Santa Claus (Jim Blair IV from NMTE) as our auctioneer.  The attire is dressy OR pajamas (nighty night).  This year's goal is to raise $5000 to donate to our chosen charity, Okandogs.  We hope to have 100+ people attend who can enjoy a lovely dinner, some music, friendship and also bid on some fabulous wreaths, centerpieces, and silent auction items for the holidays.  Tickets are on sale now for $30 each.  Tickets include dinner.  There is a no host bar.  Contact Cathy Rixey 801-946-9488 (cell). 
This year's recipient of the funds will be Okandogs, Tom & Jan Short.  Tom and Jan have been running Okandogs Adoption and Rescue for almost 4 years.  They coordinate this project out of their home in Cashmere, WA.  The mission of Okandogs is to help the dogs of Okanogan County area by identifying , getting and fixing them (medically), the moving them to facilities with adequate resources.  They are so passionate about their organization and dedicated to this mission that they spend every hour they have caring for these animals, have playpens in their living room for the dogs, feed, train, transport, get them adopted, rescued, and medically treated and so much more.  Check them out on Facebook:  Okandogs. 
So far for the silent auction items we have:  Cori Bautista's fabulous gift wrapping package, Yummy Baked Goodies from Aura Magnussen, Brad Wagner from Bobber Down Guide Service donated a Lake Chelan fishing trip for 4 ($700 value), 2 Beautiful Gem Stones from Jan and Tom Short (1 is a London Blue Topaz the other is a Fire Orange Citrine which they are getting appraised this week), keep the donations coming......   More to follow!! 
There is also a 50/50 raffle with 50 Silver Bell Ornaments to keep;  Each Ornament is sold for $10.  There are 50 to purchase.  If your # is drawn, you win!!  you can take 1/2 the cash raised ($250) or choose a wreath of your choice!  Good luck.
